Excellent buying experience with Marie-Christine

We had an excellent experience working with Marie-Christine, and this is for a few reasons. First, she’s just a good person, super friendly and genuine and with a good sense of humour. It was really easy to get along with her, and we'll miss seeing her so frequently. On the professional side, she was very informative. For example, when visiting properties, she was a huge asset in terms of evaluating things, from tangible things like the gutters or electrical panel to more abstract things like how our family members are likely to distribute themselves throughout the house on a daily basis, and how this might change as the kids grow older. Marie-Christine is also very patient. We were looking on-again/off-again for 3+ years; this is probably super annoying for realtors, but Marie-Christine never once made us feel rushed or under pressure. Not once. Even in the final stretch, she would still tell us “this place isn’t for you, we keep looking” if she felt a place did not check our boxes. This allowed us to put full trust in her, which we did. Ultimately, when the right place finally did came along, this trust made our decision easier. And then during the negotiation of that property, she was excellent. She employed a strategy that she explained to us clearly, and the strategy worked - in the end, we came out with a better deal than we expected. Overall, we’re very happy with our house and our decision to work with Marie-Christine. We highly recommend her to anyone.
